Troy Langley
Troy Langley Bermuda-born, Troy Langley brings over 30 years of experience leading environmental, demolition, construction, and disaster recovery projects across 15 states and internationally. He is known for delivering complex, high-stakes projects with precision, compliance, and results.
He began his career in Atlanta during the 1996 Summer Olympics expansion and went on to build and lead a high-performing environmental and demolition operation, supporting housing authorities, universities, municipalities, and federal agencies. His work includes the largest asbestos abatement projects in Nevada’s history, and becoming the largest minority environmental contractor in the Southeast.
Troy has played a key role in managing billions in FEMA Public Assistance funding, serving in leadership roles including Senior Construction Manager and Final Review lead. He has supported major Category 4 and Category 5 disaster recovery efforts, including Hurricanes Sandy and Irma, helping agencies move projects efficiently from assessment through funding and closeout.
He is also deeply committed to workforce development, creating pathways into asbestos abatement, demolition, and environmental services. His focus on hands-on training and career access helps prepare the next generation of skilled workers.
