Leadership
President and CEO Troy Todd Langley leads LMS General Contractors with a focus on operational excellence and client satisfaction. Troy brings over 30 years of construction and environmental services experience, with proven expertise in complex demolition and abatement projects across U.S., Canada, and Bermuda. His strategic vision emphasizes workforce development and technical capabilities that meet the evolving demands of today's AEC industry.
